      ○ Increase forest/tree cover and restore ecosystems.
      ○ Boost and diversify the incomes of forest-dependent communities.

Timeline: Spanning 10 years from 2021 to 2030.
Implementation: Utilizes a bottom-up model with Joint Forest Management Committees (JFMCs) serving as the primary implementers.
